Terms & Conditions for Mentoring Programs

Universal Connections services are for educational purposes only. We do not treat disease, prescribe drugs, provide therapy or solve legal problems. Therefore we are not here to take the place of your doctor, therapist or lawyer. If you were recently or are presently under any form of psychiatric care, psychological therapy and medical supervision or under the influence of any form of medication please inform us. We accept no responsibility for injury or loss caused during the period of coaching. Coaching is not a treatment program for any suspected mental health disorder either diagnosed or undiagnosed.
Consultations:
Times run to schedule so please ensure you arrive on time (either in person, telephone or via skype) so you do not miss any of your valuable session. We require 24hrs notice for any cancellations of scheduled coaching sessions. If less than 12hrs is given than a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for individual coaching sessions.
